Employee Spotlight: Katya

Today, we want to give a huge shoutout, and a goodbye for now, to our employee, Katya. She’s been with us for two years, and we truly couldn’t ask for anyone better.

Starting as a food runner and now serving, Katya consistently goes above and beyond for our guests. With her Master’s degree in Dietetics, she brings not only great service, but also a deeper knowledge of the food and nutrition behind what we serve.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her shopping or doing pilates, as she’s always on the move. Or, for the next few months, you might just run into her in Europe, as she heads out tomorrow for a three-month trip.

We want to thank Katya for all the hard work and dedication she brings every day. This place wouldn’t be the same without you.
