Today is a moment for reflection.
A day to honor lives lost, stories left behind, and the weight of sacrifice carried by many.

As we move through this day, may we hold space for remembrance, gratitude, and quiet reflection—while continuing to build a future rooted in compassion, care, and community.

Austin Neuromuscular Clinic and the National Neuromuscular Research Institute will be closed on Monday, May 26th in honor of Memorial Day.
Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, May 27th.

🎉 Big news for the myositis community! The U.S. House of Representatives has introduced a resolution officially recognizing May as Myositis Awareness Month (MAM) — a huge step forward for advocacy, education, and support for those living with this rare group of diseases. 💪💙
