Crew 454 hit the road today to head to lake Ouachita State Park and Ouachita National Forest! Made a few Buc-ee’s stops and stopped at the Texarkana border. Then arrived in Hot Springs and walked around and saw history and got to see some of the Hot Springs. Made a pit stop for dinner at Superior Bathhouse Brewery. Exited to set up camp tonight then head out to the forest tomorrow and start our backpacking adventure. Avery Heberling

Crew 454 taking a practice hike at Richard Moya Park and looking forward to the big hike in Ouachita National Forest, Arkansas. It was great seeing so many families out and about enjoying the weather!
