🤝 Signed an MOU with ENAIRE to advance U-Space and Innovative Air Mobility in Spain

🚁 Announced support for an Advanced Air Mobility Airspace and Operational Feasibility Analysis between The Boeing Company and هيئة الطيران المدني, alongside King Abdullah University Of Science And Technology - KAUST

🌐 Became a contributor to the VARIANT Project, where we will advance four critical ground-based capabilities to enable the safe integration of electric and autonomous aircraft into the current airspace

The future of autonomous aviation runs on certified data services, and right now, that future has a regulatory home: Part 146.

Last September, the FAA proposed two rules that work together to enable safe, routine BVLOS operations: Part 108, which governs operators, and Part 146, which creates the first-ever certification pathway for Automated Data Service Providers (ADSPs).

Part 146 is foundational for enabling scalable BVLOS and UAS operations. Advanced Air Mobility operations will demand data services of the highest integrity, strategic deconfliction, hazard monitoring, and low-altitude surveillance. Part 146 is how those services get certified and how the industry builds trust at scale.
