This June I turned 40 and celebrated with a trip to Las Vegas. ❤️🌵 It got me thinking of lessons I’ve learned about life and as a 10-year business owner.

It’s that most of us know exactly who we are when we’re children. Then the world beats it out of us. So we have to struggle to find our way back to ourselves.

For example, I knew before the age of 10 that I was drawn to a creative career. 🌎🎨 I wanted to be my own boss, teach something, be of service to others, travel the world and have wildly interesting friends. Luckily, I’ve been able to check all of the boxes.

Today, creativity, individualism and wanderlust are embedded in the fabric of my personal brand. The other elements of my childhood self are woven in neatly, as well.
