It was a colder run this morning at 47°. It's hard to dress correctly at this temp. The only thing that gets really cold for me are my hands. Only ran 6.5 miles today. 5k time 24:47. My OA (Old Age) condition came out today for a spin. Lol!

I was so sore this morning I only ran 6.5 miles 5k time 24:51.

Now I have said the wrong words to many songs over the years but I still have a hard time believing this text thread is true. Regardless, it made me laugh.
