He blends clinical therapy, executive wellness coaching, and spiritual insight drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, couples counseling, and evidence-based wellness strategies. He’s worked across healthcare, Fortune 100s, corporate settings, and private practice. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Bo supports clients in life transitions, leadership stress, work-life balance, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
