In honor of Second Chance Month, RARE Academy is hosting a free community event to support individuals preparing for employment, interviews, and other important life moments.

This event is open to justice-impacted individuals and all are welcome.

The 2026 Austin/Travis County Reentry Roundtable Systems Simulation is a redesigned, action-focused experience that brings community members, leaders, and directly impacted voices together to confront how our systems truly function.

This year introduces a new Peer Support Specialist module and a stronger accountability structure designed to move beyond awareness and toward measurable change.

We are seeking participants and volunteers. Justice-impacted volunteers may be eligible to receive a stipend.
