As the creators of Springdale General, Canopy, Uchi and more, we have developed, leased and managed an extensive and growing portfolio of properties over the past decade.

We’ve been proud of our projects - and at last we have a name and brand that reflects who we are.

Why TOPO? A nod to TOPOgraphy, we embrace the challenges of a site and turn obstacles into opportunities.
