Join us for an intimate evening celebrating the wild spirit of northern Mexico.

Step into the world of Sotol and Lechuguilla with Alberto "Beto" Varela, co-founder of Parejo, and Cameron Holck of Lot 001 Brands. Together, they'll guide guests through the story and soul of these wild-harvested spirits—crafted by hand, shaped by desert terroir, and deeply rooted in tradition.

Each seating features a welcome cocktail and a guided tasting of five Parejo expressions, brought to life through conversation, culture, and craft.
Guests are invited to stay after the tasting to enjoy a featured cocktail inspired by the evening's spirits.

We're offering two seatings—6:00–7:15 PM and 7:30–8:45 PM—for a 75-minute guided experience, $50 per guest.
Seating is limited to keep the evening personal, immersive, and unforgettable.
