Praying Bold Prayers

Moment of Transparency…. Most folks may never get this BUT here it goes…

🔥 I’ve been married for 21 years as of Feb 3, 2023… and I’m 👉🏾 “just learning what it means and looks like to be a wife‼️” 👈🏾……..

And it isn’t those fantasy photos circulating on IG either!! There’s soooooo much more depth that it takes to get here than any image of anything 🙌🏾💯

💯 When you’re the first in your family to do so many different things, and you didn’t have a model for what living these things out actually looks like in real life, it can often feel like an endless battle….

I’m a 1st generation American and a child of 2 immigrants who was also the first to….

✅ Leave home and go to college
✅ Get married and actually pursue having a real loving 🥰 and supportive marriage
✅ Raise kids with absolutely NO family around
✅ Pursue Entrepreneurship full time
✅ Commit to breaking the curse of Poverty and financial struggle off of our lives
✅ Devote my life to the Lord and completely surrender to His leading for how to live out every area of my life 1,000% on faith (in real life)

And in the eyes of many, it may appear that I look lost, confused and scrambling…

What most people don’t see is that I’m in a state of surrender, planted in great soil, being nurtured, watered, pruned, prepared and positioned for a powerful assignment on my life‼️

And I’m not ashamed of it one bit.

As painful as this process of following “Gods way” can often feel, I love absolutely every single moment of it and so honored that God chose me to be a vessel used to create major impact on the Earth 🌏

I’m experiencing so many shifts in every area of my life but when it comes to Marrige, The truth is…… the glow up of growth, understanding, death to ego, full surrender to Gods will and elevation in maturity when it comes to relationships and marriage is the real flex 💪🏾……

And I’m just beginning to “get it”….. smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ cause they don’t tell you this when they show those cute 🥰, cuddly photos on love ❤️….

But just know that the real work often begins when things feel like it’s the toughest and hardest that it’s ever been‼️

👉🏾 When God is elevating you, it can often feel like everything is falling apart‼️ (like frfr cause I swear it feels like God has dismantled nearly every area of my life over the past few years, like torn down, destroyed, casted away into the sea of no more)….. but that’s because he’s shedding layers of your old self, to create a new version of you…..

You are emerging and becoming the powerhouse that God has called you to be, which requires a new revised version of how you show up in the world, how you handle challenges, how you face hardships, how you deal with endless attacks and your ability to stand with a sense of….

✅ Emotional intelligence
✅ Spiritual intelligence and growth
✅ And Mental Transformations that see beyond the battle to the promise on the other side

I’m so proud of the woman I’m becoming ❤️🥰💯….

I’m so honored of the growth I’m experiencing 🙏🏾❤️🔥….

I’m so grateful for all the challenges I’ve faced that challenged me to grow into a better version of myself 😩🙇🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️…

And I’m so excited of all that will emerge as a result of my relentless drive to surrender to the Lord and Obey His guidance and direction, no matter how tough things get!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️
