𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂:
🟢Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish with minimal accent
🟢Have at least 2 years of call center or customer service experience in Spanish
🟢 Are based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection and available during US business hours
🟢Handle high-volume family inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and a solutions-focused mindset
🟢Are comfortable navigating Salesforce or similar systems to process registrations accurately

Experience in education, youth programs, or summer camps and a Spanish Speaking Certification is a strong advantage.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂:
🟢Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment operations within a virtual staffing environment (non-negotiable)
🟢Own end-to-end interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and pipeline management
🟢Manage candidate touch points across every stage of the hiring process
🟢Prepare and maintain recruitment assets including candidate profiles, talent summaries, and update slides to a high standard
🟢Facilitate test projects end-to-end, including scheduling, NDA processing, submissions, and documentation
🟢Maintain 100% accuracy of candidate records in ClickUp with daily updates and zero delays
🟢Conduct sourcing and outreach efforts to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
🟢Communicate with confidence in both written and verbal English
