𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
🟢 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, preferably a CPA
🟢 3+ years of multifamily property accounting experience managing the full accounting cycle across multiple properties
🟢 Strong understanding of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting principles
🟢 Proven month-end close experience including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
🟢 Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, allocations, and portfolio-level accounting processes
🟢 Proficient in AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management accounting platforms
🟢 Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial analysis
🟢 Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to independently identify and resolve discrepancies
