I wish I could do this more often than my current ability . But when I do cater I go all out.

And this first time patron of mine very generously allowed me to curate a starter and an entree for her pre holiday dinner celebration.
Two very quintessential authentic Bengali dishes of Vegetable Chops and Shorshe Bhetki Bhapa from Next Stop : Calcutta’s kitchen got to be part of a larger more scrumptious spread and I’m told that everyone enjoyed to the fullest 😁❤️

Blessed Food !!

If there is such a thing, then these trays of Narkol Shorshe Bhapa Paneer are truly blessed because they got to be part of the larger spread for Lokkhi Pujo Celebrations of the most patient first time patron. I am told that kids and adults alike loved this steamed goodness of a quintessential bengali dish and I fervently hope Maa Lokkhi bestows her love and affection on all her devotees ❤️

Three Gorgeous Trays of the most delectable and celebratory Fish entree ( Maach er Dum Pukht ) went out to someone whom i admire very dearly. I’m beyond happy that she chose our food to be part of her pre pujo get together !!!
By all means a weekend that was very well spent ❤️

Katla Dum Pukht was in my bucket list to be made for a very long time and I’m ecstatic to see it turned out exactly how the very famous catering giant Bijoli Grill back in Kolkata make theirs.
