SAVE THIS if you’re using a GLP-1 or thinking about one.

One thing I’ve noticed is that women are often quick to give all the credit to the medication and none of the credit to themselves.

The medication can reduce the friction, but lasting success still requires behavior change.

If you’ve made changes to your nutrition, activity, sleep, or alcohol intake, give yourself some credit.

The GLP-1 may have helped open the door, but you still walked through it.

Coaching application in bio.

What have you missed out on because of your body? I know, because many of you have told me:

-you and your husband aren’t having s*x anymore
-you don’t swim anymore because you don’t like being seen in a suit
-you didn’t enjoy your family visit because you ended up locking yourself in your bathroom and stress-eating candy
-you gave up on movement because you associate fitness with pain

Well, I’ve got good news for you: I used to be you (well, except for husband part).

At 40, I’m at the place in my life where I want to keep growing and learning AND I’ve lived enough life to be discerning.

I know what I like. I know what I want to do. And I do not want to be held back by my body or anything else.

If you want to spend your life on your couch dreaming that you made it to Machu Pichu, or you want to spend your 40s wishing that you looked like you did when you were starving yourself in your 20s, I wish you the best, and I’m not your girl.

If you know what you want from your fitness and you just haven’t figured out a way to get there, let’s talk.

Nutrient depletions matter because they can feel like “getting older,” “being stressed,” or “just feeling off.” And we can do better.

Low magnesium? You might notice muscle cramps, headaches, or poor sleep.

Low B12? Fatigue, brain fog, numbness, or tingling.

Low iron? Low energy, reduced exercise performance, hair shedding, or feeling cold.

Low vitamin D or calcium? Bone health can suffer over time.

This doesn’t mean everyone taking these medications will develop deficiencies, and it absolutely doesn’t mean you should stop taking a medication your doctor prescribed.

It does mean that medications and nutrition don’t exist in separate worlds. Sometimes the conversation shouldn’t be “Should I stop this medication?” but instead, “Which nutrients should I be paying attention to while taking it?”
