This is the total of our hard work in this 8-week class. We made thousands of chocolates as a result! Not a single one recipe is not working.
So proud of this class! Sincerely appreciate my chef ‘s leadership for this class 🫶🏻✨
We made hundreds of chocolate boxes to sell at school’s Grab & Go and kept for ourselves and there’s still tons of chocolate left.

I guess this is the sum-up of my pastry lab class. Ho ho! That means my pastry school journey is nearly done as well! (Bittersweet tear) 🥹

The last lab! We made marshmallows, nougat, and fudge. Our class is able to sell marshmallows at the school’s eatery!
Marshmallows:
- vanilla bean (my fav) nothing beats the classic!
- cinnamon
- passion
- black sesame tahini
- chocolate
Nougat montelimar (my fav) : pistachio, almond, hazelnut, dried pear, dried cherry
Fudge : penuche (roasted pecan fudge)
