My 11 year old daughter woke me up at 5:30 this morning to go look at the blood moon.

No snoozing. No convincing. Just pure excitement about something happening in the sky.

It’s easy to feel weighed down by the state of the world lately. The noise, the headlines, the uncertainty. But kids don’t wake up thinking about any of that. They wake up curious. Hopeful. Ready to look up.

I’m so grateful I get to be reminded, even before sunrise, that wonder is still right here around us.

Sometimes the most important thing we can do is step outside, look at the sky, and remember how small our worries are in the grand scheme of it all. 🌕✨

(Also… 5:30 AM is wildly offensive, but I’d do it again.)
