The caramelized crust (actually it’s the Maillard Effect) is the first part of your bite—after you crunch through you’re greeted by extra soft 00 stone milled wheat. The contrast of the textures is so surprising. 😊😊😊

My go-to big breakfast: whole wheat sourdough, avocado, eggs. Maybe my eyes were bigger than the stomach today. 🤣
