Our bathroom remodel in Buda, TX is rolling, and we’re in that “not so pretty but absolutely critical” stage: waterproofing.

Unfortunately, the homeowner experienced a leak, and once we opened things up, it became clear that some key waterproofing details were missed in the original build.

Over time… water always finds a way to remind us it’s patient. And apparently very good at holding grudges 😅

We always remind our clients:
The brand doesn’t make the shower waterproof…
The installer does!
A Schluter system that’s cut short or incomplete is just an expensive leak waiting for its moment.

Now we’re doing what we do best: stripping it back, rebuilding it the right way, and making sure this shower has zero chance of becoming a future “why is there a stain on the ceiling?” conversation.

Once this stage is dialed in, we’ll move into tile and bring this Buda bathroom back to life the way it should’ve been from day one.
