Thoughts on it? Lots of folks were quick to pounce on it (probably because it came from Zillow), but I think this may actually be useful.

NAR released this last week. We're on track to blow 2023 out of the water in sales (3.79 Million)! This is GOOD News. If all goes well 2024 should be close to 5 Million (the average for the last decade+).
Currently sitting in Facebook Jail for sending too many DM's to people that requested my latest video. WORTH IT!
