National Crisis Support

Your well-being is our priority, and we are committed to responding promptly to ensure you receive the support you need.

The National Crisis Support (NCS) hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to - 2:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time).

NCS offers therapy sessions via Telehealth on Monday - Thursday, 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Individuals are $25 per 50-minute session. Couples are $45 per 50-minute session.
