Lemonade for grownups 🥤 Homemade strawberry lemonade that’s refreshing, tart, and a little sweet. Topped with a soft, cloud-like Lapo’s Amaro foam that brings a herbal depth and bittersweet edge. Two things that had no business being this good together. Make our Amaro Lemonade with the following recipe from our friends at 🍋🍓

Ingredients:
2 oz Lapos Amaro
5 oz Strawberry Lemonade*
Fresh mint & strawberries to garnish

Instructions:
Add strawberry lemonade to a 10 oz glass with ice. Pour amaro into a separate glass & froth until doubled in volume. Float fluffy amaro on top. Garnish & enjoy!

*Strawberry Lemonde (makes 4 servings)

Ingredients:
1 Cup sugar (215g)
1 Cup frozen strawberries (160g)
Peels of 4 large lemons (65g)
¾ cup lemon juice (175ml)
2 cups water (475ml)

Instructions:
Macerate peels, strawberries & sugar overnight at room temp, stirring occasionally to melt the sugar. Into the strawberry syrup, add lemon juice & water, stir to combine. Strain mixture into a pitcher & serve.
