𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 | 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮 | 𝗕𝗮𝗿t𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

From moodboard to move-in, Perla is what it looks like when a design concept survives the entire build. Early palettes, plans, and elevations were carried all the way through framing, finishes, and furniture so the house feels calm, cohesive, and intentional.

𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁:
• 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – three-level infill home that maximizes light, volume, and outdoor living on a compact urban lot.
• 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿–o𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – pool and terrace locked to main living elevations for clean sightlines and easy daily use.
• 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 –undefined full Thermador professional suite wrapped in sleek cabinetry and stone, anchoring kitchen, dining, and living.
• 𝗖𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 & 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 – 10–15' ceiling heights, furred drops, and integrated cove lighting to define rhythm and mood.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 –undefined drainage, waterproofing, and WUI-compliant exterior systems concealed inside a warm, modern envelope.

This is our design-and-build process in practice: thoughtful, iterative, and guided all the way to move-in.

O𝗯𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 | 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻, 𝗧𝗫
S𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 (𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀) — 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺

This dining room was designed to live in the tension between light and shadow.
Moody stone, warm millwork, and dark plaster—softened by controlled lighting and framed views.

Every junction is intentional: quiet ceilings, seamless transitions, and restraint that lets the room feel calm, not constructed.
A space meant to hold real moments—not just be admired.
