seems to be food, coffee, and a lil gym here and there 😩 these days im just not feeling the gym. i’m trying reformer pilates next week so we’ll see. i feel like i just need a lil change since i’ve been weight training for so many years! if anyone does reformer, lmk what you think and where you go hehe 🩷
