Happy Monday! What motivates you to have a great week? Here are some things that motivate me… Talking to my coworkers again, getting back into the routine, making plans for next weekend lol, meal planning for the week feel free to share your ideas and don’t forget to have a great week. Happiness is a choice that we make daily.

A morning ritual can really set the mood for the day. Giving yourself time for self-care in the morning can help to prevent feelings of burnout or resentment later in the day, when you realize there’s not enough time to exercise, or even breathe, it feels. What is your morning ritual?  Try waking up to see the sunrise we’re going for a walk, yoga video, read allowed positive affirmations or meditation.
