Now Hiring: Executive Operations Manager

Empower Transactions is looking for an operations leader to help us scale across the US and Canada. This is a full-time, salaried position with paid vacation.

What You Will Do
- Lead company-wide training, onboarding, and SOP development
- Drive new state launches and keep teams prepared for each market
- Manage overseas Operations Coordinators
- Troubleshoot systems and serve as the go-to for transaction management software
- Partner with leadership on hiring, process improvements, and organizational standards

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in operations, training, or team management
- Comfort with real estate software and technical tools
- A problem-solver with strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated and invested in the success of others
