We are so excited to host an event this February that gives special attention to self-love ❤️

Lauren Villegas ( ), talented sound healer will be gracing us with her gifts at the shop on Wednesday, February 11.

🤍 Lauren will guide us through a self-love meditation followed by a sound bath using her high-vibration singing bowls.

🤍 If you've never had a sound bath, not to fret! Sound can be effective healers for a range of mental, emotional, and even physical ailments. Sound healing can help with depression, anxiety, sleep, aches, pains, etc. Unwind, relax, and let the sound take you for a journey.
LIMITED to 12 spots, as we will be indoors (if the weather isn't too cold, we'll host outside so more people can join!).

Please bring a yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ mat and anything else that helps you get comfortable (pillow, blanket, cozy sweater).

We will always be an advocate of the fact that you need nothing but YOU, your spirit, your energy, and/or your presence to embark on the path of spiritual guidance. You don’t NEED tools; however, they do & can help add extra color to the situations or questions you’re wanting answers to.

💜 Amethyst is a beautiful stone that is connected to your crown chakra (intuition), but it is also highly protective and shields your energy from negativity. It’s also a stress reliever and assists with anxiety.

🤍Howlite is quite soothing, peaceful and promotes serenity. You can actually put this one under your pillow to ensure a good night sleep, as it aids in insomnia.

🖤Tourmaline is a must have; this stone absorbs any negative energy trying to enter your space (so be sure to cleanse it!). It is connected to your root chakra, helping you feel more grounded and secure. Carry tourmaline in your pocket, purse, or even in your car!
