recently, i was in a traumatic single-vehicle car accident that resulted in a severe spinal injury and a fractured sternum.
•
i required an emergency spinal fusion of five vertebrae, and afterward lost all function and feeling in my left leg.
my surgeon informed me that it is unlikely i will walk again.
•
i was first rushed to a hospital where i underwent an 8-hour spinal surgery, then transferred to the ICU at Dell Seton Medical Center. after a week and a half there, they moved me to Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital, and my time here is unknown.

this year has been a lot.
•
since my decision to scale back from a full time business to a part time hobby so i can once again focus on my music, i’ve had so many amazing humans step up to remind me that i am loved: that it’s okay to take one step back in order to take two steps forward.

i’m so grateful for the little family that Rhac N Roll has brought me. i can’t remember the last time i was excited for the future, but i certainly am now.
