This week I rounded up a quick list of notable fundraises this month to date. AI took the lion's share of funding. Most jaw-dropping? Inflection AI.

Inflection AI, a startup working on creating as human-like AI as possible, received a whopping $1.3B funding, with a lifetime raised amount of $1.5B. Perhaps even more astounding was the heavyweight list of investors, including round leaders Microsoft and Nvidia, with additional backing from big names like Bill Gates and Eric Schmidt. The company was founded by Mustafa Suleyman and Reed Hoffman.
