Weekly run recap, this week was rough, but it got done.
Since I started running I realized over 80% of people outside don’t acknowledge each other in anyway. I just went with it because maybe it’s “abnormal” to be friendly, I don’t get out much😝. All this week I’ve made an effort to wave or smile at each person I passed on my runs just to see how people would respond. I would say all except 2 people were pleasantly surprised and happy to be acknowledged even for a brief moment; it’s really the little things💕

Commonly done in staggered stance, but I personally prefer having my feet together.

4️⃣Curl up w/ arms slightly behind torso
5️⃣Controlled release/stretch back down
