People often ask me what a tic feels like. Tourette Syndrome tics are generally preceded by a premonitory urge, or physical sensation that doesn’t go away until the tic happens.
For me, it usually feels like a build up of pressure in various parts of my body. It can be delayed for short amounts of time, but eventually it has to be released.
