We haven't heard of violence, riots, looting, or assassinations from the "Right" (except for the made up stuff by Jussie Smollett, etc), but if it exists then stop calling it "both sides". Call it three sides, because the vast majority of Americans are not psychotic lunatics. The only way we as a nation can "come together" is to recognize the mottos enshrined in our common history:
Liberty
In God We Trust
E pluribus unum ("out of many, one")
It's unreasonable to believe we can all "coexist" without conflict, because real life isn't a bumper sticker. And neither can we compromise essential truths simply for the sake of fabricated unity.
But we can all do better. God wants to help us love our neighbor.

He was a fiscal conservative, calling for limited government and lower taxes. He was a champion of the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms for self defense. He loved America and vehemently opposed Marxist Socialism, calling it "evil".
He appealed as an influencer especially to young people who appreciated his youth and intellect. Many flocked with enthusiasm to his political rallies, recognizing his message as a new frontier that brought hope for a better future.
He was shot and killed in broad daylight at a public event and left behind a young widow and two small children. The nation paused, if only briefly, and set aside political disagreements to express their shock, though there were some who actually celebrated his death.
He is remembered for calling Americans to "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country". His name was John F. Kennedy, 35th President of the United States.
"A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but an idea lives on" -JFK
