Cover up time!
My client had previously gotten her eyebrows done elsewhere.
As you can see her eyebrows had turned blue within time. So I used Evenflo neutralizer to bring her brows back to brown as you can see in the middle picture where one brow is brown after I went over it the neutralizer where the other brow is blue.
For the target color that I used Evenflo Deep Brown as a result you can see how amazingly beautiful this color looks on her! 😍

Not everyone is a candidate for cover up as your eyebrows have to be faded at least 50%
