Most of our work is rooted in problem-solving and storytelling, but a call from Northwood Retail, which owns and manages Austin’s Domain Northside, brought a delightful challenge:

“I want fun topiaries to celebrate spring. Can you do that?”

Having worked with Alison, the property’s Marketing Director, on inspirational selfie walls for several years during the pandemic, she knew our conceptual and illustrative strengths and trusted we’d figure it out.

And so we did, designing a series of larger-than-life topiary bunnies, each with a theme: Willie Nelson, the Mad Hatter, a flower child, and more.

Collaborating with an experienced retail display fabrication partner, we brought these whimsical critters to life.

Weeks later, a truckload of topiary lagomorphs arrived and were installed in planters across Domain Northside. Soon, social media was filled with photos of children, adults, and an abundance of dogs posing with the bunnies, capturing the joy of spring.

Our partnership with Alison and Northwood continues to provide our team with endless creative opportunities, enhancing the guest experience with unexpected and delightful seasonal installations.
