This season, we’ve completely upgraded how we run our program — Parents wanted better communication. Players wanted more structure and feedback. We wanted more accountability across the board.

So here’s what’s different for Summer & Fall 2025:

✅ Developmental vs. Competitive Teams
Every athlete will be placed where they’ll grow best — whether that’s learning the fundamentals or competing at a high level. No more one-size-fits-all teams.

✅ New Program Director On Staff
So coaches can focus 100% on development while we handle schedules, rosters, and logistics.

✅ Monthly Progress Reports
We’re tracking effort, attendance, and growth — and you’ll get updates every month, with optional Zoom check-ins.

✅ Better Communication
New WhatsApp groups for parents, players, and announcements. No more feeling out of the loop.

✅ Player of the Week Recognition
Accountability, effort, and leadership will be recognized every single tournament.
