This can fracture the relationship you have with yourself, and hinder your attempts to follow through on your fitness plans. Unbalanced love steals your focus and leaches your energy! As we approach the New Year when many of us will embark on a new fitness routine, make sure your energy reservoirs are full and protected so you have enough for your new endeavors.
