Let’s take a spin through the secondary spaces of the Allandale ranch home we renovated. By nature, secondary spaces are separated from the main social spaces, so you can have some fun with them flexing in slightly different directions that are still cohesive with the rest of the home.

-Vintage New York vibe for the primary suite: deep copper floral wallpaper, reclaimed faux mantle, wall of chartreuse built-ins to replace double closets, reclaimed screened-in porch into dusty mauve walk-in closet

-Luxe primary bath: moved a wall for to create space for water closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower with soaking tub, vintage art, black and white mosaic floor

-Upgraded earthy laundry: wrap-around laundry cabinets with forest mural wallpaper

-Warm Marfa notes in the kids’ play/art room: custom marigold storage banquette + caned mudroom cabinets

Now this ranch home is packed with function, storage, and character inspired by its midcentury roots, ratcheted up to 11.

And that is our Happy Trails Ranch project!
