Some of my favorite portraits aren’t from elaborate shooting spaces. Don’t get me wrong, I love those too—but I took this one while leaning all the way back into a closet, in a room with just a few feet to spare on each side of the bed. All we need to make some art together is really just you and a window. ;)🖤🖤🖤

Motherhood. 🤍 It’s a privilege to hear the stories that are shared with me during this time. No two are the same. Each so deeply personal that sometimes all I can say is “Wow.” There’s not many other experiences I’ve gotten to hear about that can be so complex—the highest highs mixed with lowest lows. Sometimes in the same year. Sometimes in the same day. All of it woven together with enough love to make you want to burst. You’re all so amazing. 💫
