Meet Sal Calta, our Chief Operating Officer.
As PotentiaMetrics' Chief Operating Officer, Sal ensures that every promise we make to the people we serve is delivered, and delivered well. He oversees all aspects of our day-to-day operations, from product delivery and enhancements to the vital support functions of Finance, HR, and Compliance.
Sal’s career is rooted in building systems that work for people, not the other way around. His leadership draws from:
- Senior Executive at IBM, culminating as VP of Business Transformation, where he helped organizations reimagine how they operate.
- Interim CIO at Florida Blue, leading initiatives in healthcare innovation.
- Decades of expertise in information technology and business transformation, always with an eye toward creating clarity from complexity.
For Ardynn, Sal applies that same vision to ensure our members, and the advocates who support them, have everything they need to navigate cancer care with confidence. His belief that “everyone deserves that trusted insider in the healthcare system” is more than a statement, it’s the foundation of how he leads our operations every day.
