Meditate, Take Some "Me Time,"
Make a List of What You're Grateful for,
Play with your Pets🐱 🐶,
Listen to Happy Music,
Dance,
Take a Nap,
Take a Walk,
Ride a Bike,
Go Outside to Get a Change of Scenery,
Read A Good Book, etc...
Do something to release internal resistance and re-align your internal state if you feel off and you will notice how once you re-approach whatever it is you were doing before, that wasn't working from the mis-aligned state, will all of a sudden seem to come together and work more effortlessly.💫
