In celebration of the holiday, Lonesome Dove will be serving a three-course prix fixe brunch for $35/person, (plus tax and gratuity) from 11am-3pm, featuring menu highlights such as:
TAPAS
"Bacon & Egg" with pork belly, quail egg and black garlic
Foie Gras-Huckleberry Biscuit with rabbit-rattlesnake gravy
Smoked Salmon Lox with house-made pretzel and cream cheese
ENTREE (choice of)
Lonesome Dove Fettine Benedict with jalapeño hollandaise and three-pepper cornbread
"Shrimp + Grits" with grilled gulf shrimp, Texas grit cake, okra and red-eye gravy
Lemon Brioche French Toast with raspberry-chipotle syrup and house-made granola

Texas Strawberry Roulade with Tahitian vanilla sponge cake, crème anglaise and basil sorbet
