“In the Spiritual Disciples class we covered many different topics, but one that I felt I really needed was the Sabbath. Practicing the Sabbath is something I’ve been wanting to do for a while but never really knew how to best go about it and make it intentional. The class helped provide ideas and activities to do during Sabbath and gave me the push I needed to start practicing it.”
