Yesterday was So much fun. It started off with a bunch of UT fans wearing burnt orange shirts and winning a game. Then there were a bunch of Biden fans celebrating at the Capital. The traffic was gridlocked from congress and 11th all the way to the river with cars waving Biden signs and honking but pedicabs can use the bike lane so this wasn't a problem. The honking was almost as loud as the ROT rally but I didn't mind this time. There was a gaggle of Trump fans early on but they were eventually outnumbered and went home as zounds of Biden fans arrived and began dancing in the streets to songs such as "party in the USA" This picture is currently trending on the Austin subreddit. That 's me diving the pedicab. The passengers holding their flag were nice but I never got their names. They did have some awesome masks as did most of the people outside yesterday. It's great to see so many more people wearing masks and keeping each other safe.
