Luxe Refill

It is my sincere regret to announce that Luxe Refill will be permanently closing. This past year my family has gone through some traumatic health crises and we’re still working through that now. In addition, we simply have not had the sales to support keeping the store open. Amazon, Target and Whole Foods have always been our biggest competitors and for good reason. The lockdown of Covid helped us get used to the ease and convenience of online ordering and free shipping. It is nearly impossible for small businesses to succeed when faced with obstacles like these.

I have put my heart and soul into this business and my goal was simply to provide Austin with an option to shop in a way that is kinder to our earth. Although I am unable to provide this service any longer, I hope that the small impact we’ve made will continue to encourage you to keep your plastic free journey going.

The store will continue to be open with adjusted hours as we work to sell through our current inventory. Starting tomorrow 8/10, we will be offering a 30% discount on the entire store. If you are interested in bulk quantities or store fixtures, please let us know.
