Thanks to everyone that's following. I have been trying for months to get the Microsoft Azure Database up and running. I had no idea the Meta database had this kind of functionality, and it is so so so much more user / permission friendly.
Azure be like name the Tenant ID. Ok..... Product Page. Incorrect you do not have permission to name the Tenant ID as the Global Admin. Now you must start from scratch, and migrate this old database over, here is the 1,600 hour manual on how to do that. If you need help, link up with our Azure portal partners for governance for $7,000 a month. I quit.
