Had a great day showing a group from Texas A&M’s Master of Real Estate Program around HighPoint and RiverSouth! Big thanks to for giving an inside look at HighPoint, the 1.1M sq ft game-changing building in NW Austin. And to Eric Herron and Derek Land from Stream for sharing their 7-year journey to bring RiverSouth to life and letting the students check out some of the smart building’s coolest features—like the 7th-floor gym, the Stream suite, and of course, the epic 15th-floor Sky Lounge for some networking. Such a great experience—excited for more opportunities like this!
