We suppose we couldn't leave the Paramount for 11 months without ONE MORE Time Warp! 👄

Year after year, Rocky Horror fans show up, show out, and make this one of the most unforgettable nights of the Summer Classic Film Series. From the costumes and the callbacks to the the absolute chaos, we love every second of it.

That's why we just had to add THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW back to the schedule for THIS SATURDAY, June 13th making it the final Summer Classic Film Series screening at the Paramount before restoration begins. (The series continues at our State Theatre next door and at the Bullock IMAX.)

Rococo Rebellion reigned supreme 👑 Year five of the Majestic Ball brought powdered wigs, ballroom excellence and energy that shook the chandeliers.

The evening began with a show-stopping performance from the incomparable Shea Coulee who had the audience eating out of the palm of her hand.

Then, Diamond Dior Davenport and her dancers brought Beychella to Austin with an electrifying Beyoncé medley.

Keeping the crowd entertained all night long was the one and only Icon Natalie Lepore, guiding us through another unforgettable celebration of ballroom culture.

The Ball was the centerpiece of a week-long Pride celebration at the Paramount, which also included a homecoming performance from Alok Vaid-Menon and a 35mm screening of RENT featuring a special pre-show performance by Austin Gay Men's Chorus.

From the runway to the performances, the fifth annual Majestic Ball once again proved why it’s the biggest ball in Texas. Thank you to everyone who walked, cheered, served looks, and filled the Paramount with joy, pride, and community.
