We are excited to share our recently completed downstairs remodel, a project that involved a thorough renovation of the entire lower level!!
— Key elements of the remodel include a newly painted front door in a dark color, a brand-new staircase by Elite Staircases and cohesive flooring throughout.
In the kitchen, we repositioned the island and lowered the bar top, resulting in an impressive island with custom-stained cabinets and exquisite quartz counters from Blue Label Granite, LLC.
The installation of full-size upper cabinets has enhanced storage capacity.
By relocating the large coat closet, we created a custom arch beverage station with built-in shelves and a wine fridge, while maintaining a small closet under the stairs, hidden behind decorative wall panels.
The fireplace was resurfaced to achieve a more modern look, and all new light fixtures have been installed throughout.
Additionally, custom cabinets were added to the pantry and laundry room, accompanied by quartz countertops for additional prep space.
