Beer Sorcery Brewing

Today at Beer Sorcery we are brewing an Old Ale.

This page is a way to discuss my current homebrew projects and discuss it with other homebrewers, pro-brewers and non-brewers.

Hopefully some good information would be shared through here and thoughts from outside the brewing world would spark some more good ideas to consider.

We have four entries in the Bluebonnet Brewoff in Dallas, TX. Keeping fingers crossed that we do good. If the one brew wins anything, Mike and I will probably end up in the hospital from laughing too hard.

We bottled the 8.1% abv Old Ale and the 6.8% Irish Stout.
