📣Big News! We’re so excited to welcome two exceptional team members to help us connect more with our community.

Julie Moss, LPC has joined Alpha as our Director of Business Development. Originally from New Orleans, Julie has spent the past decade in behavioral health—starting as a therapist and, for the last several years, working in business development roles with both local psychiatric hospitals and national programs. She brings a sharp clinical lens, a direct and thoughtful approach to relationships, and a clear understanding of what clients, families, and referents actually need. Julie also keeps a small private practice, which helps her stay connected to the work at a deeper level. She’s excited to help us expand Alpha’s reach while staying grounded in what matters.

Christi Goll, LCSW, LCDCi, C-DBT is transitioning into a new role as Clinical Liaison, focused on supporting clients and families through the referral process and helping them access the right level of care. Christi has been with Alpha as our Adolescent Clinical Manager and brings a wealth of experience across acute psych, trauma treatment, substance use, and community mental health. She’ll continue to stay closely involved with clinical programming to ensure quality and consistency remain central to what we do—while helping us extend that same excellence in care to more families.

We’re lucky to have them both—and excited for what’s ahead.
