Funny Fridays: Reading the Disclosures that Sellers have to provide to buyers is always comical. Usually, they mark everything as perfect, which is of course, ridiculous and dumb on their part, because buyer's agent will then have more leverage to bargain for repairs and for a later lawsuit for non-disclosure. But often, you get some real funny answers like this one from last week. Under "plumbing system," the 3 possible answers are "yes, we have one" or "no we don't" and the 3rd is "I don't know." So, this seller is saying, "I don't know if I have plumbing." 🤣🤣🤣
